Once a cleaning service is booked and a cleaner arrives at the scheduled location, no refunds will be issued. Payment is final, and all services rendered are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling Policy
If a client needs to reschedule their cleaning service, they may do so within 60 days of the original appointment date. However, no refunds will be provided for cancellations.
3. Rescheduling Notice Requirement
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled cleaning appointment if they wish to reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the service without the option to rebook.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients who choose to cancel their residential cleaning service entirely will not receive a refund. However, they may reschedule within the 60-day window as outlined above.
5. Service Guarantee
Sparkle Pro USA is committed to delivering quality cleaning services. If there are any concerns regarding the service provided, clients must report issues within 24 hours of the completed cleaning for review and resolution where applicable.
